How Velora works
From strategy to finished content.
Each package includes the strategy, planning, original content creation, and ongoing account management needed to keep your social media active and consistent. Natasha oversees the strategy and day-to-day management of your account, while Alexis captures the original photo and video that bring your content plan to life.
You'll also be asked to share any existing brand photos, video clips, product images, promotions, and current business updates that may be helpful. These materials give us more to work with, but you won't need to consistently capture new photos or videos for your content.

Both packages include on-site content creation and ongoing social media management, with the planning, communication, and support needed to keep everything running smoothly.
Essential
$3,000/month
Plus a one-time $300 onboarding fee
A steady, professional presence, up to 3 posts per week, with one on-site content session each month.
- 12 posts per month, up to 3 per week, on Instagram and Facebook
- A strategic mix of static posts, carousels & Reels
- Up to 4 Reels per month (roughly 1 per week)
- One scheduled on-site content session of up to 90 minutes per service month, within Utah County and Salt Lake County. Additional travel may be quoted separately.

- Up to two scheduled on-site content sessions of up to 90 minutes each per service month, within Utah County and Salt Lake County. Additional travel may be quoted separately.

Included with both packages
On-site filming and photography
Alexis, Velora's primary on-site content creator, leads each scheduled session at your business. Essential includes one 90-minute content session per service month, while Growth includes up to two 90-minute sessions per service month.
During each session, Alexis captures original photos and video of your space, products, services, and behind-the-scenes moments. This content becomes the foundation for your ongoing social media presence, so you aren't responsible for creating it yourself.
Sessions are available throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County. Select Southern Utah projects may be considered based on availability, travel requirements, and project scope. Additional filming sessions, extended travel, and special projects may be quoted separately.

Select Essential or Growth below to see an example of what each package could look like across a typical month. This is a sample rather than a fixed schedule, so posting days, content themes, and format mix may vary from week to week. Reels are included within the total monthly post count.

One-time onboarding and brand setup
Why there's a $300 onboarding fee.
The $300 onboarding fee covers the behind-the-scenes work required to build an organized content system before regular posting begins:
- One-on-one kickoff and onboarding conversation
- Gathering and organizing your brand materials and account access
- Learning your business, audience, offers, goals, voice, and visual preferences
- Reviewing your current social presence and identifying opportunities
- Establishing content themes, strategy, and a general posting rhythm
- Planning your first on-site content session
- Creating a shared Google Drive for current images, promotions, events, sales, and other timely business updates
- Setting up Velora's internal planning, workflow, and scheduling systems
- Building your initial content plan and calendar
You'll receive access to a shared Google Drive where you can provide current images, promotions, events, sales, and other timely business updates. Content planning, workflow management, and scheduling will be handled internally by Velora.
Your signed agreement, $300 onboarding fee, and first monthly management payment are required before onboarding begins. Your first monthly payment reserves your first active service month, and regular posting begins after onboarding is complete. Future monthly payments are due on the first of each month.
