FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

If you don't see your question here, just ask. Clear answers are always better than leaving you guessing.

Why is there a $300 onboarding fee?

The $300 onboarding fee covers the behind-the-scenes work required to build an organized foundation before regular posting begins. This includes a kickoff conversation, gathering and organizing your brand assets and account access, learning your goals and brand voice, developing your initial strategy and content plan, and planning your first on-site content session. It allows your content to begin with clear direction instead of being rushed.

Do I need to provide photos and videos?

No. Original filming and photography are included with both management packages, so you are not expected to create your own content. Alexis will capture the photo and video needed during your scheduled on-site sessions. You're always welcome to share existing brand assets, product photos, behind-the-scenes clips, promotions, or timely updates when helpful.

Can you come to my business to film?

Yes. On-site filming and photography are available throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County. Essential includes one 90-minute content session per service month, while Growth includes up to two 90-minute sessions per service month. Select Southern Utah projects may be considered based on availability, travel requirements, and project scope. Additional sessions and extended travel may be quoted separately.

Who do you work with?

Velora works with service-based and product-based businesses that want a consistent, professional social media presence without having to manage every detail themselves.

What areas do you service?

On-site filming and photography are available throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County. Select Southern Utah projects may also be considered based on availability, travel requirements, and project scope. Additional travel may be quoted separately.

What if my business doesn't have a storefront or on-site location?

That's completely fine. Product-based businesses may ship or deliver products to Velora for content creation in a suitable off-site setting. The business is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs. Products should be provided as content samples and are not guaranteed to be returned. Packaging may need to be opened, and products may be handled or used during filming and photography. If a product must be returned, this must be discussed and approved before it is sent. The business will also be responsible for return shipping and any necessary packaging.

When will you start posting?

Your onboarding period begins once your agreement is signed and both the $300 onboarding fee and first monthly management payment have been received. Onboarding typically takes two to four weeks and includes learning your brand, organizing your assets, developing your initial strategy and content plan, completing your first content session, and preparing your first batch of content. Your active service start date will be confirmed during onboarding based on scheduling and the time needed to prepare your content. Your first monthly management payment is made in advance to reserve your service start and applies to your first active service month. Your three-month commitment and monthly package deliverables begin on that confirmed start date.

What does priority scheduling and support mean?

Priority scheduling and support is included with the Growth package. This means Growth requests, revisions, and time-sensitive content are given scheduling preference when availability permits. It does not guarantee same-day service or immediate completion. Turnaround time will depend on the request, existing deadlines, and the materials provided, and any specific timing will be confirmed before work begins.

Will I approve everything?

At the beginning, yes. You'll review and approve your content while Velora gets to know your brand, preferences, and what feels right for your business. Once everything feels aligned, the goal is to transition into a more hands-off process so you don't have to approve every individual post. You're always welcome to provide feedback, request changes, or share new ideas along the way.

How do we communicate?

Email is the primary method of communication so important details, requests, and decisions remain organized and easy to reference. Once services begin, text may also be used for quick questions and updates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Calls can be scheduled during business hours whenever something would be easier to discuss directly.

What are Velora's business hours?

Velora's regular office and communication hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, excluding holidays. Emails may be sent at any time and will typically receive a response within two business days. On-site content sessions requested outside regular business hours are subject to availability and may require an additional fee, which will be quoted for approval before scheduling.

Do you respond to comments and messages?

Yes. Community engagement is included each business day, up to 10 minutes per day with Essential and up to 15 minutes per day with Growth. Velora will monitor and respond to general comments and messages to help your audience feel acknowledged and keep your account active. Anything requiring specific business knowledge, pricing, scheduling, or a decision from you will be passed along for you to address.

Can I request something outside my package?

Absolutely. If you need something outside your regular package, such as additional posts or Reels, another filming session, extended travel, or a special project, just ask. A separate quote will be provided for your approval before any additional work begins.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Essential and Growth require an initial three-month commitment beginning with your first active service month. After the initial commitment, services continue month-to-month unless canceled with 30 days' written notice.
